My Client, a full serviced, City based Law firm are looking to recruit a Legal PA to support a Partner and Fee Earners their award winning Dispute Resolution department.

The firm has over 200 Lawyers within their London office who pride themselves on being proud of the firm's evolving journey over the past 80 years! They hold their values close to heart, striving to make Clients and employees feel they are unique.

• City Location
• Paying up to £45,000
• Permanent
• Role includes work-flow coordination
• Hybrid working policy - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
• Dispute Resolution Department

Duties include:

• Day to day diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Coordinating work-flow.
• Arranging global travel to include business itineraries.
• Email management.
• Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
• Time entry.
• Manage the billing process.
• Assistance with the BD activities.
