ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Document Controllers are a valuable part of our onsite teams, working collaboratively with our designers and specialist suppliers to ensure procedures, quality and documentation is coordinated to meet the project requirements. We use Viewpoint 4 Projects and Dalux, experience with these systems will be a great advantage.
As our Document Controller you will:
- Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team.
- Issue and distribute controlled copies of information ensuring compliance with all aspects of the design management procedures.
- Check information on drawings for conformance with status and format agreed, as well as troubleshoot and problems.
