Senior Document Controller

SENIOR DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

CENTRAL LONDON

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in London who are currently on the hunt for a Senior Document Controller to oversee the portfolio of projects and provide training, guidance, and support to Document Controllers and Assistants, while managing own projects.

You will be working in their office in Central London full time, enforcing their core values and behaviours; taking ownership of workload and go the extra mile, collaborating with stakeholders, and taking pride in the quality of documents.

Main Duties

• Carry out routine document control activities on various projects, including QA checks, RFIs, workflows management and transmittals to contractors
• Ensure designers and contractors are publishing documents in accordance with the protocols
• Ensure all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed within the EDMS and always up to date
• Assist with production of the O&M Manuals as directed
• Prepare weekly Asite Status Report and distribute to the project team
• Create new projects on Asite
• Conduct regular reviews and document audits
• Help to develop and maintain user guides

On offer is a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.

To be successful for this role, you must have experience working in the role of a Senior Document Controller in the construction industry, and have used EDMS Asite.
