Falcon Green have partnered with one of Europe’s leading engineering contractors that specialises in the delivery of modern-day mission critical and Data Centre infrastructure across Ireland, the UK and Europe, in their search for a Senior Document Controller to join their London division. After the successful acquisition of a landmark hyperscale Data Centre scheme in North London, they are now heavily expanding and require someone comfortable working on a scheme valued at over £100m.
In terms of experience, someone coming from a Data Centre background is advantageous however not a necessity. Attention to detail, hard working ethic and team player attitude is key as this will be a complex scheme and will take full buy-in from every employee.
You will be working for a market leading contractor that operates a diverse business model and demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practises. With the order book full for several years in the UK and Central Europe, there is excellent scope for long term work with this contractor.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Ensuring the timely distribution of documents & drawings to project personnel.
- Working in accordance with company procedures & guidelines
- Distribution of drawing transmittals and submittals to client.
- Maintenance of controlled document registers and associated documentation.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems.
- General Administration including typing, printing.
- Data entry on SAP, Running SAP reports and queries.
- Liaising with Scheduler, Safety Manager and Client.
- Maintain up to date Org Charts.
- Cover for the Time Administration of the Project when required.
- All other duties associated with this role.
Essential Criteria for the Role:
- Strong Administration experience.
- Fluent in English language.
- PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and Organisational skills.
- Pride in the quality and presentation of work
- Excellent communication skills.
