Our client based in central London is seeking a methodical and organised Project Secretary to join their busy and welcoming team. Working within the property and construction sector, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the business managing the document flow of projects to ensure all stages of a project have been completed.
This role is based in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the document flow of projects
- Keeping the register updated
- Copy paperwork and take charge of the document handling system
- Chase up missing documentation with technical team
- Liaising with clients
- Preparation and typing of project minutes
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation
- Full knowledge of telephone system and it’s workings
- Archiving/shredding & record keeping
- Cover as and when required for Receptionist & Office Manager
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Excellent telephone manner and confident speaking with clients
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Strong MS Excel and typing skills
- Ability to work at a quick pace and detail orientated
