Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, are seeking a Document Controller to join them due to continued growth. The Document Controller will support various departments across the business, along with servicing your own projects with assistance from our Information Quality Co-ordinator. You will be collaborating with other Team Leaders and integrating software solutions into the companies IM practices. In addition, you will oversee the companies ISO 19650 annual audit and maintain and validate IM processes and templates.
Document Controller Position Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 50k - 60k (open to discussion)

Document Controller Position Overview
- Manage projects with high-volume information outputs, ensuring alignment with our appointment and client specifications.
- Deliver Information Management and Building Information Modelling (BIM) services as the
- Client's Representative and within the group of companies, adhering to ISO 19650 standards and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Lead a small team and develop the Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and workflows to support new-build and surveying projects, facilitating seamless information exchange among project team members and clients.
- Program and project manage the delivery of appointments to meet new building safety and fire safety regulatory requirements on behalf of our clients.
Document Controller Position Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in working in Information Management or Document Control
- Solid knowledge of ISO 19650 requirements and the UK BIM Framework
- Prior experience in the construction industry
- Able to commute to Sevenoaks
- Good tenure and seeking a permanent role
