Document Controller

Contract Scotland has an opportunity for an experienced DOCUMENT CONTROLLER to join our client in the Peterhead area who work across a range of sectors including rail, highways, air, marine, energy and water.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
– Update and distribute documentation as needed
– Ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible
– Review and edit documents for accuracy and completeness
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for document creation and updates
– Implement document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
– Monitor document changes and revisions, ensuring proper version control
– Train employees on document control processes and procedures
