We are looking for Community Care Workers/Support Workers to join our supportive, compassionate and caring team to provide care to our service users in Maidstone and surrounding areas.

Areas covered:

• Maidstone
• Bearsted
• East Farleigh
• West Malling
• East Malling
• Snodland

Duties are varied and include: • Personal care • Medication support • Meal preparation • domestic duties • companionship

We require you to have: The right to work in the UK

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Hours: Work between 7am - 10pm. Can work straight through or do morning or afternoon shifts

Mileage - we pay 45p per mile for all driving between visits.

Double time - Christmas is paid at double time

Bank Holidays: all Bank Holidays are paid at time and a half

Essential skills/Experience

You don't need past experience to become a Care Worker with us. We look for the right values and a great attitude. Dedicated, compassionate, kind carers help us to deliver the very best of care to our Service Users.

Ideal Candidate/Profile

Applicants require a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle, We have a variety of shifts and working patterns that can suit any level of availability including long shifts, short shifts, days, nights, weekdays and weekends. Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
