Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Southampton, SO30. As an Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Willingness to work overtime every other Saturday.
- Driving licence as will occasionally be required to drive (aprox 80% warehouse, 20% driving).
