�? Responsibilities�?

• �? Plan and deliver engaging and practical lessons that cover a range of design and technology concepts, including product design, engineering, manufacturing, and digital technologies.
• �?? Provide hands-on instruction and support in using tools, equipment, and software relevant to the field of design and technology.
• ?? Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through project-based learning, design challenges, and collaborative activities.
• �? Support students in developing their design ideas from concept to prototype, encouraging experimentation, iteration, and reflection.
• �? Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student feels empowered to explore, innovate, and express their ideas.

Qualifications:

• �? Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• �? PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• ??? Previous experience teaching design and technology is preferred
• ?? Strong knowledge of design principles, manufacturing processes, and emerging technologies relevant to the field.
• �?? Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
