The LIBRA School is dedicated to the care and education of 50 children (aged 5–18) with special educational needs specifically social, emotional and behavioural.
We are looking for a KS1 – 2 Teacher with an interest and strength in teaching literacy and numeracy plus other subjects of personal interest – experience teaching phonics and reading would be a huge asset. The willingness to teach at low KS3 would also be an advantage. This role will suit a teacher who is looking for a more holistic teaching approach, where the quality of working life and the work / life balance is of importance. School visits are welcome.
We require an outgoing and confident person with a joy for life to support our children with their education and social development in our specialised SEN environment.
Salary:
· £30,000 (NQT) to £34,213 gross per annum FTE
Hours: Full Time Mon to Fri 8am to 4pm or 8:25am to 4:25pm
(depending on schools needs), salary above is for 40 hours per week working term time, inset and parent’s days.
