About the Role
Kissing Gate BarDuty Manager at Liverpool Airport
Pay rate £12.63 per hour, regardless of age.
For our Early Birds and Night Owls! You will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.83 per hour!We offer free meals whilst you're working, a big choice of shifts, development if you want it and people you enjoy working with!
We are looking for Full Time Duty Manager to join our Kissing Gate Bar Team at Liverpool AirportAs a Duty Manager you will be doing Shifts hours between 03:00 am
- 09:00 pmRequirements:
- Duty Manager/Supervisor experience is required to be successful in this role.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
- Able to work in a high pace busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of Kissing Gate Bar products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Leading and motivating the team, working alongside the Genera Manager to allocate tasks & rotas.
- Maintain Brand standards within your workstation
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal appearance
