We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor or Duty Manager to join our team at Point Blank Liverpool. We are a highly innovative concept that offers an extensive food and drinks menu.
As a supervisor/Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue and providing exceptional guest service. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the venue, including floor/bar service, guest experience, due diligence and admin.
- Ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
- Supervise and train staff members to provide outstanding customer service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with human resources tasks such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Previous experience in hospitality and a strong bar background is essential.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
