AddressWe are looking for a Duty Manager to join our transport division, overseeing a Supervisor and multiple operatives for a large rail client. You will be supporting the Operations Manager by ensuring the sites are supervised efficiently and that the specified cleaning standards are maintained to a high level.

As a Duty Manager you will:
- Ensure cleaners and supervisors are trained and records are maintained effectively including HSEQ training/machinery training/specification training.
- Supervise employees to ensure specified cleaning and work standards are maintained at all times, highlighting any issues to the Account Manager
- To carry out daily audits on sections of the site, record and give copies of reports to Account manager weekly
- Inform Account Manager immediately of any vacancies and provide support in appointing cleaners through interviews
- To complete tool box talks and staff meetings on a monthly basis
As a Duty Manager you’ll have:
- A 5 year checkable work history
- Awareness of COSHH, H&S and IOSH
- A willingness to contribute to the development and implementation of the overall ethos/work/aims of Churchill
- Ability to multi-task with a methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
- The ability to adhere to manual handling and health and safety regulations as required
