Dynamic Operations Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or a highly motivated individual ready for the next step.
- Technical expertise within the Construction, Facilities, or Transport sectors; experience with glass, facades, or coatings is particularly desirable.
- Strong track record in achieving targets and relationship building.
- Composed leadership style with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive, and energetic approach to sales and marketing.
- Full UK driving licence.
