Description
Your role will involve:
- Implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to end users
- Collaborating with other team members on major projects
- Delivering technical training to non-technical staff
- Configuring and customising Dynamics F&O solutions to meet business needs
- Contributing to system upgrades and migrations
- Ensuring the security and integrity of system data
- Reporting and documenting development activities
Profile
A successful Dynamics F&O Engineer should have:
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate for extending Dynamics 365 functionality
- The ability to configure and customise Dynamics F&O solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, able to deliver technical training to non-technical staff
