E-commerce Marketing Assistant working with TriMedika Marketing and IT team to support launch and running of new e-commerce B2B platform for medical professionals. Reporting to the Director responsible for the e-commerce project, the E-commerce Marketing Assistant will collaborate with Content, Design and the Marketing team to develop content and visual materials for our marketing channels. Tasks will include preparing briefs for product copy, ensuring all site elements are consistent, collection of relevant data using Google Analytics to analyse sales performance, update to improve on ongoing basis and preparation of reports to directors. Work will be supervised by the Director responsible for e-commerce. Understanding and experience with e-commerce marketing platforms (Shopify, Magento, eBay or Amazon) are required as well as evidence of marketing projects completed..

9 O levels/GCSEs (grade C or above). Maths and English are essential requirements (grade B or above).3 A levels (preferably Business and English to be included).Practical experience of marketing with evidence of social media account management, management of e-commerce site, creation of social media graphics and use of MailChimp or other marketing automation software.Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.Ability to work as part of a team with an excellent understanding of collaboration. , Experience of creating video content (e.g. TikTok, YouTube or Instagram) using Adobe software to edit video content.Ability to use software such as Photoshop or Illustrator to optimise user experience on website.Graphic design capability using relevant software.Experience of developing marketing plans.
