The Role
We are seeking a E-Commerce & Socials Manager to join a talented and welcoming Category & Marketing Team. The role splits across Social Media Management and E-com and the candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading a new era of consumer-focused social media and e-commerce efforts at PUK.
Socials Key Responsibilities
· Owning, Coordinating & Creating Content Social Media activity on a brand-new Pork Campaign Brand
· Managing and growing a community on our Pork campaign brand on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
· Owning a new Micro-Influencer Strategy
· Monitoring and analysing social media performance metrics on the Campaign Brand’s socials.
· Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices on socials whilst upskilling members of the Category and NPD team.
E-com Key Responsibilities
· Help execute our e-commerce strategy for our business that focuses on enhancing the UK’s Category and Product Sales as well as their key retail customers
· Enhance the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce efforts on our key customer’s grocery websites and mobile platforms.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and share knowledge with the wider Marketing Team.
Core skill requirements
· Considers themselves a bit of a ‘foodie’ and has a particular interest and passion for food.
· Have an eye for detail, analytical skills, creative thinking, and solid digital marketing understanding are essential to the role.
· Passionate about social media and keeping up to date with the latest digital trends and opportunities.
· Previous use of creative design packages, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent
· Project management experience
· Effective presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
· 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, paid social and content marketing
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
· Must be able to Drive
