- Salary: £35-40,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role - E-Learning Manager:
As the E-Learning Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the organisation's e-learning programme, ensuring its success and alignment with their professional development goals.
Key Responsibilities - E-Learning Manager
- Develop and implement e-learning strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to optimise e-learning platforms and content.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality e-learning content.
Skills and Experience required - E-Learning Manager:
- Experience in developing e-learning courses through a LMS
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- A thorough understanding of good practice in e-learning course development.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in time management and organisation, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Interviews - E-Learning Manager:
- 2 stages
- 1st stage online
- Scheduled for the week commencing 4th March 2024
- 2nd stage in person (London)
- Scheduled for the week commencing 11th March 2024
- 1st stage online
