Salary An exciting opportunity for a French-speaking EA to support a team in their beautiful West End office of a dynamic and forward-thinking investment management company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diary and travel management
- Meeting and event coordination
- Expenses management
- Producing documents and ad hoc admin tasks
WHO YOU ARE:
Experienced, warm and friendly in your approach to supporting a widespread team of Executives. French fluency is also a requirement for the role.
Requirements:
- Spoken French, French native or fluent in French.
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience of at least 5 years, Real Estate or Finance
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- A flexible and collaborative attitude
- Strong organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
- Effective working on own initiative and as a team worker
