Ea - German Speaking

A top London Private Equity firm are seeking to hire an Executive Assistant who speaks fluent German. You will be looking to join a fantastic team in a supportive environment supporting 1 senior individual.
The Role: 
You will be assisting the senior individual with administrative support to ensure that their diary, inbox and travel are look after fantastically. The business has grown rapidly and run with a very high level of professionalism and care. 
 Duties include:
- Diary management
- Organising all travel   
- Produce itineraries and agendas for the team, projects and board meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and level-headed Executive Assistant to join a really lovely team. You must have strong IT skills and be a confident German speaker This role will suit someone with past personal assistant in finance. This is a a great EA role where you will be able to grow and develop in a finance environment.
