Ea Temp - Retail

We are currently seeking an EA to provided 6 weeks Temp cover from  3^rd July, support an extremely busy CFO for a global retailer based near Bond St the purpose of the Role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer to ensure the smooth running of their department/office.

Responsibilities •

Act as Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer providing support in both business and personal affairs including, but not limited to:

• Extensive diary management working across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts.
• Drafting correspondence.
• Preparing, printing and binding presentations.
• Coordinating complex travel including meeting schedules and detailed itineraries.
• Preparing, reconciling and submitting travel and corporate expenses.
• Liaising, meeting and greeting visitors.
• Arranging events, dinners and lunches.
• Resolving conflicting issues on their behalf to ensure their time is optimised.

You will have  5 years+ experience supporting C-Suite Executives, ideally a CFO. You will have first class communication skills, as the role required you to act as a first point of contact and gatekeeper for both internal and external individuals wishing to contact the Chief Financial Officer’s department, ensuring that queries are dealt with effectively, and taking the initiative to identify and handle issues that arise on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer and others. A positive and can do attitude is a must, you must be abel to hit the ground running in this role.
