We have picked up an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic PA to join the social yet hardworking team at a leading real estate and investment firm. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives and management team. The ideal candidate must be a natural communicator, have a can-do attitude and thrive when working at pace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain the executives’ diaries and schedules.
- Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc
- Handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Organise events and conferences.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
