Job title: EA to C-Suite and Office Manager
Fast paced, driven and very successful software development company based in The City are looking for an EA and Office Manager to join the team. This role will suit someone who is incredibly warm and welcoming, a natural born host, who is adept at setting the right tone for the office. Additionally, you should be resilient, can work at pace, excellent at prioritising and can challenge the status quo.
Ideal candidates will have worked as both an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at the same time, with substantial experience supporting at executive level.
This a 5 day fully based office role.
Main responsibilities:
- Creating a warm and welcoming reception area, first point of contact for all visitors.
- Office Management - inventory supplies, well kept meeting rooms, setting the tone for the office
- Acting as a gatekeeper to the C-Suite team – diary and travel management, liaising with clients, investors and wider team
- Supporting events, internal and external
You will be:
- Experienced Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, ideally at executive level in a fast paced environment
- Office Management experience
- MS Office proficient
- Incredibly organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Critical thinker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, inviting, warm, polite demeanour with a passion for outstanding service
- Discretion
- Can handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
