We have an amazing opportunity for an outstanding EA to support a newly appointed Chief Risk Officer at a city based finance house. This is a great role where you will use your first class communication and relationship building skills to help her bed in to this extremely busy and fast pace role.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management: managing and coordinating diary and meeting arrangements, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are available where appropriate and being the gatekeeper of time and priorities. Screening calls and emails as appropriate.
- General administration: planning, arranging, and managing any travel and accommodation requirements and processing expenses in line with the expenses policy. Organising and managing travel itineraries.
- Assisting in managing and prioritising correspondence such as calls and emails, ensuring urgent information is highlighted to support with effective time management. Efficient filing as needed.
- Arranging internal and external meetings as required, ensuring the necessary preparation is ready. These meetings may be in person or virtual.
- Collating, editing, preparing and proofing information/packs/reports as needed for Board and Management meetings, timely distribution beforehand if needed.
- Building effective working relationships with the leadership team’s direct reports, stakeholders and third-party relationships.
- Staying one step ahead - anticipating the needs for the days/weeks/months ahead.
- Booking external sites for events as/when needed.
The right person will have previously supported a Chief Risk Officer, you will be a self-starter who is proactive and on the ball, you will be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and first class communication skills.
Supporting this empathetic and friendly individual who is seeking a meticulous and organised EA who will help her organise her schedule and hectic diary. As a key member of the Executive Committee, she is looking for someone to be a positive gatekeeper, who will keep her up to speed at all times.
This role offers Hybrid working (initially 4 days in the office) and a salary range of £60,000 - £65,000, plus excellent benefits and bonus.
