We have taken on a fantastic new Executive Assistant role at a top international private equity firm. They have offices globally with around 200 in their stunning London office. Culturally they're an extremely friendly and down to earth team.
 
The Executive Assistant we are looking for will have excellent verbal and written skills combined with an unflappable, can do approach to their work. French language is desirable but not essential.
 
The role is supporting the Head of ESG who is based between London and Paris and their wider team.
 
THE EA ROLE:

• Diary management
• Organising travel
• Organising meetings with investment teams, portfolio companies, booking meeting rooms, setting up Teams calls
• Helping with formatting of presentations
• Attend various ESG meetings as appropriate
• General admin support
• Get involved with ad hoc projects (internal comms around ESG, plan team webinars)
