A leading Investment Management firm is looking for a proactive EA / PA to support an ESG team of 5 – based in London and New York.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, professional EA / PA who would like to combine their financial services experience with an interest in ESG. (Hybrid working 3/2)
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Complex diary management for the team in London and New York
- Managing and booking global travel
- Coordinating, creating and editing reports, documents and presentations
- Keeping client meeting trackers up to date
- Organising team events
- Creating and printing research packs
- Coordinating conference logistics
The skills you need to bring:
- Experience providing EA / PA support to a busy team, ideally in financial services
- Global mindset: adaptable quick thinking
- Confident communication skills and strong relationship builder
