An opportunity has arisen for you to immediately join the dedicated team at a school in the Birmingham area as an Early Career Teacher where you will be enriching the lives and unlocking potential in students. This school is part of a successful Multi Academy Trust with 6 out of 7 schools rated Good with elements of Outstanding by Ofsted! All schools are within 3-4 miles of each other within the Birmingham area and we have special access to a number of positions within the trust such as:
- PPA Cover Teacher
- Early Career Teacher
- Intervention Teacher
- Subject Specialisms
What will you be doing?
- Planning and delivering lessons according to the national curriculum
- Providing motivation and guidance to help pupils overcome obstacles in their learning
- Offering 1:1 support where needed
- Coaching students on a wide range of academic and pastoral topics
About you:
You will have knowledge on the school curriculum and learning stages and hold QTS. Beneficial traits for this role include patience, drive and approachability.
Ideally you will have an in-date DBS registered to the update service; if you do not hold this, we can arrange for you at a cost of £44, which is refundable once you have completed ten days in your new role.
