Early Career Teacher

An opportunity has arisen for you to immediately join the dedicated team at a school in the Birmingham area as an Early Career Teacher where you will be enriching the lives and unlocking potential in students. This school is part of a successful Multi Academy Trust with 6 out of 7 schools rated Good with elements of Outstanding by Ofsted! All schools are within 3-4 miles of each other within the Birmingham area and we have special access to a number of positions within the trust such as:

• PPA Cover Teacher
• Early Career Teacher
• Intervention Teacher
• Subject Specialisms

You can commute easily from Saltley, Washwood Heath, Alum Rock, Little Bromwich, Bromford, Gravelly Hill, Bordesley Green, Aston, Lea Hall and Central Birmingham and you will be joining a school whose core belief is that all staff should have a healthy work life balance with a particular focus on wellbeing and mental health.
What will you be doing?

• Planning and delivering lessons according to the national curriculum
• Providing motivation and guidance to help pupils overcome obstacles in their learning
• Offering 1:1 support where needed
• Coaching students on a wide range of academic and pastoral topics

You will be able to start in the role immediately on a full-time basis where you will be paid to scale from M1 dependant on your experience and qualifications.
About you:
You will have knowledge on the school curriculum and learning stages and hold QTS. Beneficial traits for this role include patience, drive and approachability.
Ideally you will have an in-date DBS registered to the update service; if you do not hold this, we can arrange for you at a cost of £44, which is refundable once you have completed ten days in your new role.
