The EMEA Early Careers team connects the business with talented university students in Europe and the Middle East. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience for students, showcasing TikTok's people, culture & technology through attraction & engagement activities, recruitment and innovative Early Career programs.
Parts of this role will require supporting across ByteDance, as well as TikTok. ByteDance is TikTok's parent company, whose mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage talent attraction engagement initiatives & recruitment aligned to designated business areas hiring needs.
- Conduct and communicate with stakeholders, talent market insights, trends and best practice opportunities.
- Successfully develop and nurture internal relationships, anticipating, planning and consulting to achieve business needs.
- Build strong relationships with recruiting counterparts for a coordinated approach and to elevate the impact of the Early Careers recruiting function.
- Provide program support as required. Support pre-boarding engagement for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process, act as the primary contact for new hires during the program, support program management, manage process conversions and recruitment conversations.
- Continuously analyse data and progress to identify and address inefficiencies and improve productivity.
- Optimise and propose high-impact solutions.
- Demonstrable Early Careers end-to-end recruitment delivery experience.
- Demonstrable Early Careers attraction & engagement activity organisation and delivery.
- Experience recruiting in EMEA countries.
- Excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
