Role Information:

The successful candidate will ensure that new tenants enter their tenancy in full knowledge of their rental obligations and that they are in the strongest position to ensure that they are able to sustain their tenancy. Where a tenant first enters rent arrears, they will ensure that swift action is taken to address the issue.
