Join the dynamic team at South Bank Colleges as a Early Years Assessor. In this role, you will have the chance to actively engage with all members of staff within the college, within all tiers of the structure, making a real impact on the staff and student experience.
You will play a crucial role in supporting South Bank Colleges to achieve organisational goals.
We are looking for a committed individual who has an experienced Assessor in Early Years, you will require to assess on the T- Level in Education (Level 3) and other courses across the Early Years Department.

The role is fully on site, 5 days a week, and expectation to travel throughout the week to campuses where the College and Group operate.
Permanent – Part-time - 18 hours per week – All year round

Outline
- Working in the Early Years Department, you will be working with a variety of learners and employers and be expected to meet college standard of work.
- Be able to support and assess T- Level learners, going in the workplace, 16-18 years old and Level 2 and 3 Apprentices.
- To manage student groups ensuring students attend, retained and pass their course.
- To provide assessor support to students through one-to-one reviews, learner feedback and progression.
- To liaise with employers, tutors and employer engagement team about progression of learners.
- To act as an internal assessor, keeping accurate student records where applicable.
It is expected that the post holder will contribute to course design, development of programmes and the expansion of the area generally.
