Karibu was set up because of Simon’s (founder) belief that Early Years provision can be vastly improved for both children and staff. At Karibu, we are a group of highly qualified, fun and friendly individuals, who care for a small group of 1-4 year olds in a homely setting in Totterdown, Bristol.
We are looking for a dedicated, kind and caring individual to join our lovely team. We have 2-4 adults each day working with 8-10 children and we aim to get out and explore the local area each day.
The position is for a 3 day (7:45-5:15) per week position and it must include a Wednesday. There is the possibility of an additional day as well as potential options for overtime/cover and to get involved with childcare in the summer holidays.
Fully paid hours lunch break with breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks included. There is an annual pay rise, sick pay and lots of staff socials throughout the year. There are plenty of opportunities for CPD and career progression.
