Temporary Pa

We are recruiting a temporary PA for an organisation based in central London. This will be for approx 2-3 months and will start ASAP.

This is a hybrid role (based in the office 2 days per week)

35hrs per week

PA duties:

• Diary and inbox management
• Ad hoc travel booking
• Team meeting planning and minutes. Following up on actions
• Ad hoc project management (eg, US trip planning / consultancy project planning etc…)
• Forward planning / meeting prep
• Drafting correspondence

You must be available to interview asap and will be available to start straight away.
