Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client that is continuing growing, has an exciting brand, based near Guildford in luscious offices in a stunning location. There looking to recruit for a Sales Administrator who is looking for a career in a reputable company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a sales and support contact for designated key account customers
- Respond to calls, incoming emails and ensure queries and orders are dealt with promptly and professionally inputting orders
- Complete credit/collection requests and consult with the relevant department
- Manage customer sales history and update their purchases preferences as required
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Complete monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customer to Key Account Manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of working in a similar support role
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- A polite and friendly manner
