Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development and well-being of children in our nursery.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Manage daily routines, including meals, nap times, and outdoor play
- Collaborate with other educators to develop lesson plans and share best practices
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their social and emotional development
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development, and any incidents
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Ability to drive positive behavior management techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate a team
