SALARY: SCALE 6 POINT 9 – 16 (£30,309 – £33,717 FTE)
(£26,193 - £29,138 PRO RATA)
36 HOURS PER WEEK, TERM TIME ONLY (39 WEEKS)

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educators to join our
fantastic team at Albion Primary School, London. The successful candidate will part
of our Early Years team in a school that prioritises developing practitioners and hones
in on children’s development. The successful candidate will support our teachers in
taking a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational
needs, maximising their achievement and ability to succeed.
This is a great opportunity for an Early Years Educators who is looking to continue
their career in education and is motivated to inspire learning. They will challenge
and excite our children, have the ability to consistently deliver high quality learning
experiences and commit to high standards of professionalism with high expectations
of the children. We are looking for:
- A qualified practitioner who holds NNEB or equivalent,
- Experience of working with SEND,
- A passion for children’s learning and development,
- A willingness to try new things and to help develop new strategies in
curriculum and assessment,
- A person who can develop their own practice through a coaching model,
- A person who has high aspirations for themselves and a commitment to
further development.
