What we’re looking for
To join our fantastic team, we require candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Level 2+ qualified: You must hold a Level 2+ qualification in Early Years education. Your knowledge and expertise will be crucial in providing the highest quality care to children. OR Have relevant experience with chilren, as we do accept unqualified Early Years Practioners.
- Reliable commuting: As an early practitioner, you should be able to commute reliably to various settings within Gloucestershire. This allows us to place you in diverse and rewarding environments.
- Cooperative team player: Working harmoniously with full-time staff members is essential. Your ability to collaborate, share ideas and contribute to a positive working environment is highly valued.
