Role and Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children’s growth and development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
- Providing high-quality care, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child.
- Supporting children in developing essential skills, including social, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Collaborating with fellow practitioners to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and daily experiences.
- Maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children.
- Strong knowledge of child development and Early Years education.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Up-to-date DBS check. If not, we can apply one for you.
