- BEd or Degree with PGCE in Primary Education with QTS
- At least 2 years Kindergarten teaching experience with a good track record
- Have great inter-personal and communication skills
- Display dedication, passion, and commitment
- Be friendly and respectful
- Willing to build and maintain relationships with parents and the community
