Brightwork are pleased to be recruiting for an Internal Sales role on behalf of our client based in Billingham. This is a permanent role and is office based.
As an Internal Sales you will support the Operations Manager for the North East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international company in a pivotal role.
Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating sales enquiries while developing and maintaining good customer and supplier relationships.
- Processing of customer enquiries and orders.
- Sourcing and procurement of non-stock materials for customer requirements.
- Managing and achieving materials delivery and process deadlines.
- Ensuring customer problems or queries are resolved efficiently.
- Ensuring that all records and files are accurately maintained.
- Undertaking other general administrative tasks as and when required.
Experience:
- You will ideally have a track record of Internal Sales within the Electrical, Oil, Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
- Be detail-orientated, organized, and analytical.
- Be outgoing, service-orientated, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure calmly and professionally.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
- Be computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office Packages.
