Ecommerce Sales Coordinator
Location: Wrexham
Job Type: Part Time, 15 Hours (Flexible)
Salary: GBP23,000 per annum (GBP9,200 per annum Part time equivalent)
Our client provides specialist palliative care services, completely free-of-charge, to patients and their families across a wide area stretching from Wrexham, Flintshire, and East Denbighshire to Barmouth and the border towns including Oswestry and Whitchurch.
Their shops rely on the generosity of the public to donate goods for them to sell across their shops, but they recognise that some of the items donated can get a higher sale price if sold online.
The Role
The Charity are looking to grow their eCommerce trading and need an experienced online seller to join their retail team who will help them maximise income for the Hospice.
What skills, experience or personal qualities will I need?
- Experience of selling via eCommerce utilising different selling channels - eBay is a must but Etsy, Depop, Amazon, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace etc are desirable.
- Be able to communicate politely verbally and clearly in writing, ensuring that any queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Be able to take clear photographs to agreed specification.
- Be able to pack items securely so that they can be delivered without any damage.
- Be able to work in a logical and consistent way, managing ones own time and be able to provide a clear handover to volunteers and other eCommerce coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the hospice achieves the best monetary return on donated items sold through eCommerce
- Achieve annual sales target set by the Head of Retail whilst carefully managing expenditure
- Increase organisational sales by identifying, developing, and managing all online sales platforms
- Ensure that all customers experience an excellent standard of customer service
