Job Overview:
Join our team at Browns Family Jewellers during this exciting phase, characterised by our recent investment in a state-of-the-art Shopify eCommerce platform that seamlessly integrates with our in-store operations. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Ecommerce Department. While prior jewellery knowledge is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and providing accurate updates through various communication channels, including phone calls and messaging platforms.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, attentiveness, and a commitment to meeting their needs.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance in crafting bespoke jewellery, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
- Assist in the maintenance and marketing of the online store, contributing to the enhancement of the customer experience.
- Order Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the customer service process, from initial inquiry to the careful packing and shipping of orders.
- Exercise keen attention to detail and organizational skills in processing web orders at our Head Office, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or eCommerce setting.
- Exceptional telephone and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in administrative tasks and order processing.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with prior experience in Shopify considered advantageous.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the jewellery industry would be beneficial but not essential.
