Editorial Assistant

Remote work position available for an Editorial Assistant.
Your role will be to support the Editor in Chief in a number of ways, including:
- research
- overseeing the general information inbox for the magazine, directing queries to the right people or answering them as appropriate
- outreach for sales and submissions
- updating the website
- aiding in event planning 
- planning schedules and travel during LFW/GFW
- assisting on photoshoots
- covering social media channels when our social media manager is away
- assisting with content checks for the final proof of the magazine
There is the potential for you to attend events as a perk of the role, however this is not necessary for job performance.
This role is part-time and freelance - hours may fluctuate from month to month as we move through our publishing cycle. Expect between 10 hours and 30 hours of work per month, but these can be carried out on the days and times of your choosing with no set schedules (so long as deadlines are met).
