The Times Luxury are looking for an Editorial Coordinator to help manage the output of the team
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling all editorial content for Luxx including liaising with the commercial team and advertisers to manage requests, helping to implement SEO and data strategies and helping to track the budget as well as providing some admin support for the team.
You will be a super organised team player with a can-do attitude who has experience in managing everything from in depth calendars and forward planning to budget tracking and payments. You will need to be comfortable with data and happy to dig into the numbers.

Responsibilities
Manage productive working relationships with the Luxx editor, the wider Luxury team and various internal and external stakeholders
High level editorial planning to ensure that evergreen content is updated frequently
Ensure our data strategy is executed effectively for all of our content across digital, print and newsletter
Manage the real time digital credit tracker, liaising with advertising
Carry out research for Luxx newsletter content and help to build and promote our newsletter
Ensure SEO is implemented for all content
Track our evergreen content, keeping detailed records including audience data
Track spending and help to ensure budgets are adhered to for Luxx and Times Luxury
Carry out a range of admin tasks to support the team
Occasionally help out with editorial tasks such as research and captions
Skills and experience
Experience with managing projects, forward planning and scheduling, experience with audience data and SEO is beneficial but not required
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure
Keen eye for detail
Well-organised and able to multi-task
Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Docs – loves a spreadsheet
Reliable and prepared to put in extra time and effort where necessary
Positive and approachable individual and a team player
An ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
A proactive approach to work and regularly reviews how things are done to maximise efficiency
