Pay: Band B or C, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, term-time only

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal part of the school’s administrative support structure, working closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the school’s information systems, with a particular focus on SIMS (School Information Management System).
• Provide administrative support for various departments.
• Handle communications with stakeholders.
• Maintain student records and manage data entry tasks.
• Assist with the organisation of school events and activities.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in SIMS is required.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
