Our client, a prestigious membership association with over 65,000 members, is looking for a Head of Operations for a 9-12 month assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to join this membership association as they enter a period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
To develop, lead, empower, coach and support the Operations (Facilities & Operations, Membership Administration and Data Unit) teams during a significant period of change
Oversee and develop long term team budgets, risk registers, continuity and workplans and team objectives in line with the 2023-2027 Corporate Strategy
To develop how the organisation uses data and insight throughout the organisation and demonstrate impact for members
Supporting the scaling of resource capability and capacity by leading on recruitment and tendering, engagement and procurement of trusted supplier partnerships
Provide leadership to embed our new procurement and contract management policy across the company including building systems, documentation and processes to improve procurement practices, training the organisation, and conducting a review of critical contracts and suppliers
