Education Services Officer

Our client, a prestigious London University, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join them as a temporary Education Services Officer. The position is 35 hours per week, for 3 months. The role offers hybrid-working, with 4 days per week based on-site in Central London and the rest remote.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

• Acting as a point of contact for students, responding to queries and providing relevant information in a professional manner.
• Supporting the administration of all modules within the department, including records and module registration.
• When required, acting as the secretary to the Programme Teaching Groups and School Education Committee
• Working with the Education Services Manager to support the administration and distribution of assessment schedules.
• Developing and maintaining the relevant areas of the Virtual Learning Environment and supporting the Digital Learning Technologist with the administration of online final assessments.

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a higher education setting.
• Demonstrable, strong experience in customer service, particularly in providing information, advice, and guidance to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various IT systems.
• Ability to independently organise and prioritise workloads.
