Form of workResidential Services Professional position available at The SD School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. This is a part-time, nine-month position following the academic school year, plus an additional six weeks in June and July. The hours are generally Saturday and Sunday midnight-8 AM and at least one weekday shift from 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM. College coursework in special education or child development is beneficial but not required. Communicate both orally and in writing · The employee will be required to complete a medical certification course provided by SDSBVI . The employee will be required to provide documentation of MMR vaccination and undergo a background investigation.
