Education Support Assistant

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and supporting their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at our BS14 location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to teachers in the classroom, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Support individual students with their academic and personal development.
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

• Collaborate with teachers to address the unique needs of students and promote an inclusive learning experience.
• Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and other school activities.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for students to thrive academically and socially.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students requiring additional attention.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an educational support role is desirable but not essential.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of students.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.

Requirements:
