Litigation Executive - EL/PL - Greater Manchester - Up to £45,000 salary - REF 549188CF
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a 2023 award winning law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive who will manage their own caseload of pre and post litigation EL/PL files.
No litigation experience is required, the team will provide full training to those with some EL/PL knowledge, even if its on pre-litigated files.
The Candidate
- Experience managing a caseload of EL/PL claims (pre or post litigated)
- Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
